Why I Started Unjunking

I'm Michelle Walker, a nutritionist, health educator, and mom who got tired of being lied to by food labels. I spent years studying biology, nutrition, and health behavior so I could cut through the marketing and find out what's really in our food.

I started Unjunk America because every family deserves to know the truth about what they're eating, without needing a science degree to figure it out.

I'm here to make real food simple, affordable, and something your whole family will love.
