WHY FED TO FOCUS
For over a decade I taught kindergarten and watched a pattern emerge, the children who struggled most with attention and behavior were often the ones arriving with lunchboxes full of ultra-processed food.
That question sent me back to school. Today I hold a B.S. in Biology, a B.Ed., and certifications in nutrition, health coaching, and neurobehavioral change, and I'm completing my Master's in Health Education at the University of Florida.
Fed to Focus translates that research into practical, parent-friendly guidance so families can actually use it.
Health educator · Certified nutritionist · Former kindergarten teacher · Mom
